The Uni-Bomber

This morning on the way to take Sterling to school, Damian put his hood on while wearing sunglasses. I had flashbacks to the drawings of the Uni-Bomber. Only he is a lot cuter.

Honeymoon Day 3

Day 3 started out at Newport Beach walking in the sand.
Doesn't she look good with the wind in her hair.

I love the Pacific Ocean

Next we went up to Santa Monica to visit the Los Angeles Temple. That is one huge building.

Beautiful as expected. Love the grounds.

Next we drove to Hollywood.

We were really far away but looks like we were kinda close to the sign.

What does Tom have that I don't. LOL

Had to find the "Duke"
So that was our honeymoon. We had a blast. It turned out that renting a car was a blessing in disguise. Had we not rented one we would not have been able to see all that we saw.

Honeymoon Day 2

Disneyland

Monday morning at 10:30 we walked into the "the happiest place on earth."

Anyone who knows me knows I hate roller coasters, but my Kimberly loves them so...

Here we are after Indiana Jones Ride. Not so bad.

Here we are after Splash Mountain. A little more white knuckled after this one.

Believe it or not this is just outside the Matterhorn. Lady taking the pic didnt want to lose her seat on the bench next to her husband. Not so freaky of a ride, just tosses you about.

Here is Pluto putting the moves on my wife. Or is it the other way around.

A very fun day filled with lots of ups, downs, sides to sides and a little motion sickness. This was caused by riding Space Mountain. Didnt feel up to taking a picture after that ride.

Honeymoon Day 1

Well Kimberly and I have been home from our honeymoon for one week now so I figured it would be a good time to share some of the pictures we took and the times we had. We went to Southern California for our honeymoon and had a lot of fun.
Our first day started by driving from Pocatello, ID to Salt Lake City Airport, where we arrived four hours before our scheduled flight.
Our flight landed in John Wayne Airport in Santa Anna California at which point I called our hotel and found out that they do not have a shuttle service for that Airport. So we rented a car.
We drove to our hotel, checked in, unloaded our luggage and made our way to the Chilis in Huntington Beach. Here is what the trip did to our faces.

It took a greater toll on Kimberly's face. I am almost always that ugly.

My Girl

This is my girl. She is the most amazing woman in the world. She has an amazing smile and absolutely gorgeous eyes. Not only is she beautiful on the outside but she is amazing on the inside too. She has an amazing kindness. Her spirit is so strong and her love of the gospel is to be desired. Her love for the boys is amazing. She wants the very best for them and wants them to succeed in all that they do. I am so lucky to be part of her life and cannot wait till we are married. I love her.

My first Balloon Creation

Zachary was given a balloon sword yesterday by his Auntie Michelle. Well today it got un-tied. He came up to me, an unexperienced balloon tier, and asked me to make it into a hot dog. This is what I came up with.

Yes, Zachy ate it and it is no more. He was hungry.

Homemade Salsa

This was my first attempt at making salsa. It was a little green and not quite the flavor that I was hoping for but it wasn't bad. Quite spicey.

Finally got my new bed

Pretty much since the beginning of August, this has been my bed. Yes it is softer than the floor, but still not the most comfortable piece of furniture to sleep on. Simply no room.

As of tonight I get to be sleeping on this brand new plush top Serta mattress. Just laying on it for a few minutes at lunch time and I was fading away. I am so excited.

She said Yes

Well I finally got the ring and proposed to my cute girl, Kimberly. Lucky for me she said yes. I took her out for slurpies, one of her favorite things, and we went to the Mount Timpanogos Temple where I asked her the big question. I am so excited and so are the boys. They love her just like me.

Packing

The boys standing amongst giants. This is at the bottom of Royal Gorge.
Well today I spent a good part of the early afternoon going through boxes containing years of stuff. Most of it is no longer needed. I have a total of 11 or 12 boxes sitting in the garage. These are combined from things that were being stored in the basement and in the garage. 8 of those boxes are trash. I cannot believe how much we dont need or want anymore. I did find some things I have been looking for for quite sometime. They are all packed up but I will get to look at them again in 1 week which is very exciting.

It is so crazy to think that in just 7 days we will be completely unpacked in our new place. It is creeping right up on us. Wow time flies.

School

Well Kimbely Jo and I were online together in our prospective huts tonight and we found the school the boys will be going to. Mount Mahogany Elementary School in Pleasant Grove Utah. We will be busy getting Sterling, Tomy and Zachy signed up and geared up for school. Its always exciting to get the new back packs and new school clothes.

Almost moving day

Here is a picture of all of us, Kimberly included. Isnt she gorgeous.

Well here it is the middle of July and as of tonight, we have found a place to live in Utah. Not in Provo, our first choice, but it is a beautiful condo in PG. Kimberly went and looked at it and told me she loved it. Thats good enough for me. The price helps too.

We will be finishing up the house chores here in Littleton and packing up over the next couple of weeks, minus this weekend. Kimmy is coming to town for a visit. A lot yet to do before we can move on the 1st of August. Have to do some painting, refinish the banister for the stairs and clean a carpet or two. Also have to go through all of my stuff and decide what we are taking and what is staying. Lots of fun.

This is another big change for the boys and I but it is for the best. We will be able to do things the way we want to and we will have a lot of fun. Not to mention we will get to see Kimberly more than just every two weeks. Yippee. Well lots to do so until next time keep on plugging away. TaTa for now.

Well we did it

Well, we decided to join the world and start our own blog. Just a little bit of introductory information about the fearsome five.

First of all, you only see the fabulous four in the picture for now.

We have the papa, thats me. I am Aaron. I have four of the most amazing boys around and I am going to say just a little about each of them. I am 31 now, whoa, getting up there. I work in the family business working on telephone equipment.

My first born boy is Sterling. He is 8 years old as of right now. He will be 9 next month, June. He is just about done with the 3rd grade. He is a very inquisitive little man. He loves to take things apart and put things together. He likes science and wants to be in the Army.

Next came Thomas. We call him Tomy, pronounced Tommy. We only use one "m" to set it apart from all the other "Tom's" out there. He is 7 1/2. He loves football. He says he wants to live with me forever. LOL I told him no so he said he would buy the house next door. What a silly sweet boy. He is a very good helper. He loves helping his little brothers.

Two years after we were blessed with Tomy, my little Zachary came along. We call him Zachy. He is recently 5 years old. He has his first little girlfriend. She is a cutie in his preschool class. He is very excited for Kindergarten. He is going to play flag football this summer and he cant wait. He loves to ice skate and hopes to one day play hockey.

Next came my baby, Damian. He is my baby bug, just ask him. He is so smart. He says the darndest things. He loves monkeys. He gets so excited whenever he gets a new plush monkey. He cant wait to grow up. I dont want him to. LOL. Oh yeah and he just turned 3 last month.

Well thats it for now. We will keep on posting things. Each of the boys will be able to add thier two cents. Until then, adieu.
