I remember being six years old. I loved Kindergarten. Mrs. Vaneps was my favorite teacher. Michelle and I used to played barbies in our tent trailer and our neighbor, Mrs. Briggs used to give us lemon drops, and mom bought us a lot of Popsicles in the summer time.
Flash forward 24 years and I find myself with a sweet little boy named Zachary and yesterday he turned six. He is full of smiles and thoughtfulness. Everything is exciting to him. He loves cars, Lego's, batman, care bears, and he loves hugging and loving his brothers. I'm grateful for his strength and resilience.

P.S. This is my first kid cake. What do you think? If you can't tell, it's a race track. I can't take the credit for the idea because I think that it was mostly Michelle and my mom that came up with it. I know I need to brush up on my skills.

Kimmie, the cake looks great. It sounds like Zach really enjoyed his birthday. They are lucky to have you.
I never did cool cakes like that for my kids. It looks great!!
Love the newest 6 year old. He has his Auntie M. wrapped around his little finger.
That cake is bitchin' little sis. I'm proud of you. . .and Lori would be, too.
