Aaron really loves Cafe Rio fire roasted chicken salad. He especially loves the creamy tomatillo dressing that goes on it (I think that he could drink it). I decided to look online to see if I could find the recipes and I did. We had the pork salad though. It turned out to be really really good. I think that the boys loved it too.
